The bed was extremely comfy. The room was soundproof. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions. They have a business center and three restaurants on site.

The breakfast was enjoyable, we would book here again. The location was marvelous and quiet, a short distance from Westview Promenade Shopping Mall. The staff was amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating. The food was great, with great service.

I had a very lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Frederick. The hotel is well-maintained and beautifully kept. The location is comfortable and reasonably priced, making it easy to get an Uber downtown. The hotel is close to many restaurants in Frederick, providing plenty of dining options. The breakfast, prepared by the same chef, was wonderful. The good service and attention to detail were noticeable throughout my stay.

Convenient location within walking distance to the town, complimentary dessert, and plenty of dining and entertainment venues nearby. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and the room had a modern touch. The bunk bed was surprisingly comfy 😊.

Great location! The hotel is located close to everything you need in town. It's convenient for shopping, dining, and there's even a target nearby for any last-minute needs. Another plus is the option to use the digital key feature through the App, which makes checking in and out a breeze. It's nice to have the flexibility and not have to wait in line at the front desk.

There were a few things that I didn't enjoy about my stay. the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par.

There is no access other than the front lobby door as far as I could see. Entry could be more convenient

I will not eat at your restaurant. I sent a review last time we stayed there (3 months ago) and found the meal to be inedible and upset my stomach. I ordered the ribs and they were NOT succulent, but as tough and my shoe leather. Your company never got in touch with me about my earlier complaint.

The reason I prefer to use Airbnb or other similar services: noise. People make noise at all times of the day. Incessant knocking down the hall robbed me of what had been an enjoyable nap. This isn't the fault of the hotel; they can't screen everyone for manners on check-in.

Clean, great spot for our day trip

We stayed one evening, we were able to check in upon our early arrival and checked out without any issues; therefore, I have no "didn't like" comments.

We were initially disappointed when we arrived at Hilton Garden Inn Frederick and were informed that the water was not working. However, the staff was quick to address the issue and kept us updated on the progress. They offered us bottled water and ensured that the water was turned back on during the night. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel handled the situation professionally and made an effort to accommodate us.
